I am trained as an integrative counsellor, which means I can draw on a variety of techniques to suit the individual client, e.g. person-centred counselling, hypnotherapy, solution-focused counselling, Gestalt.
I am also trained in EMDR and CBT. I am experienced in helping people with depression, anxiety, workplace stress, phobias, relationship problems, exam stress and addictions.
