Info about your teacher – Tracey Hale:

I am 46 years of age and became interested in Alternative therapies after experiencing constant ear infections, i relied on the medical profession and at times this was not always successful. I then went on to learn Reflexology, Indian head massage, Aromatherapy, Hopi ear candling, Swedish massage, Crystal healing and Facial Reflexology and Crystal facial. I am registered with the Federation of Holistic therapists and also practice the above therapies I have also completed a talk for Greenhouse Therapies on crystal healing and look forward to doing some workshops

• Introductions
• Ice breaker
• What is crystal healing (history)
• Information on certain crystals, chakras, colours, properties, benefits.
• Lunch
• After Lunch
• Practical
• In pairs – crystal treatment and healing x 2 (this involves the recipient sitting fully clothed in a chair, and the giver placing selected crystals, on or around them )
• If there is time we will do a taster on the face but that could be another workshop
• To be provided a manual
• Any questions before session ends
