The VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology for Complementary Therapies is knowledge-based qualification that will provide you with a sound platform for a career in complementary therapies.
This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of the organisation of
the body, and the structure, function and pathologies of the skin, hair and nails.
You will also learn about the structure, function and pathologies of the various body systems including the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems.
Units in this qualification have been mapped to the relevant NOS (where applicable). This
qualification is regulated on the Regulated Qualifications Framework.
Who is this course for?
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification. Your centre will have ensured that you have the required knowledge, understanding and skills to enrol and successfully achieve this qualification.
