Why Are You Eating? helps people to become their dream weight, for the rest of their lives, without dieting.
 
THE BACKGROUND
 
Why Are You Eating? teaches people to THINK and BEHAVE like a 'naturally slim person', using a mixture of Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). 
 
Quite often, people who are overweight are not hungrier than people who are slim, or have a slower metabolism, or are heavier boned, or are genetically suseptable... it's can be that they are eating for a whole host of other reasons than being PHYSICALLY hungry, e.g. stress, boredom, tiredness, habit etc.  Once you have identified what other reasons you eat for, you are well on the way to thinking yourself slim.  You will be surprised how quickly and easily you can change your mindset and therefore your behaviours!
 
THE WHY ARE YOU EATING PROGRAMME
 
The programme lasts for 7 weeks, and takes an hour a week with homework.  The homework is to implement the behaviours that you have learnt that week into your lifestyle.  It's not one size fits all, during the class you decide, with support, how you can adapt the behaviours to suit your life - and then you practise and practise until it becomes your natural way of thinking and behaving.  And then you are ready for the next week, and the next behaviours.  It is like building blocks, rather than bombarding and overwhelming you with a whole new life in one go!
 
There are 3 study methods:

  • Informal and interactive 1 hour group classes in Cheadle, Chester and Widnes
    (Group sessions can be organised with friends, in the workplace, social groups etc)
    £7 a week
  • Home study with e-mail support
    From £5 a week
  • Private sessions
    £30 a week

 
THE TUTOR
 
Vanessa Heaps used to call herself 'Queen of the Yo-Yo Diets', you name a diet, she probably tried it, in her quest to find that miracle cure for weight loss!  It was only after joining a well known slimming club for the 6th time, that the penny dropped that diets only work short term.  Vanessa then started to research what naturally slim people's secret was.  2 years of research, and 2 and 1/2 stone lighter, Vanessa has written this programme to help you unlock the secrets.
